Your Data may be shared with Company’s employees, directors, attorneys, insurers, officers, agents, successors, assigns, vendors, and other approved contractors to the extent necessary to allow Company to perform Company’s Activities.

Company will retain your Data, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, for as long as reasonably necessary to complete Company’s Activities and any and all industry standard obligations. Company maintains reasonable and industry standard security procedures and practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Data.
